FAQs
Business Units
What are Rednodo's business units?
Rednodo is organized into eight specialized business units: Software Development, Advertising, Non-Stop Transformation, Brand Voice, Creative Design, Engine Optimization (SEO and AEO), Marketing Automation and eCommerce. Each unit has its own specialists and methods, and a strategic layer coordinates them so clients get one integrated plan.
Why is Rednodo organized in business units instead of generalist teams?
Specialization produces better work. Rednodo first organized into business units in 2012 and expanded the structure in 2025. Each unit focuses on one discipline, keeping up with its platforms and best practices, while account leads assemble the right combination for each client. The result is expert depth in every area without the coordination problems of hiring several separate agencies.
Can a client hire a single business unit?
Yes. Clients can engage one unit, for example Marketing Automation for a HubSpot implementation or Engine Optimization for SEO, and add others later. Many long-term relationships start with one unit and expand as results justify broader collaboration.
How do the business units work together on a project?
A strategy and account management layer defines objectives and a roadmap, then the relevant units execute in a coordinated plan with shared timelines, a common project board and consolidated reporting. For example, a website project involves Creative Design, Software Development and Engine Optimization from day one.
Why does each business unit have an animal?
Each animal represents the working instinct of the unit: the bloodhound's persistence for SEO, the honeybee's coordinated system for automation, the beaver's engineering for software development. It is a way of communicating how each team thinks, and a reminder that the eight units move with purpose under one direction.
